PRAGMATIC CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction management is one of our core competencies. We are of the opinion that construction management is a special area of expertise, requiring construction technology knowledge as well as an overview of the construction processes. In our mind, competent management is crucial in order to ensure that the quality of any well-made project material is not lost due to bad execution. Our approach is pragmatic and solution-focused, and we have a very realistic understanding of the high stress level as well as the conflicts sometimes arising at construction sites. 

 

OVERLAP BETWEEN DESIGN AND EXECUTION

In order to secure overlap between the design phase and the execution phase, our construction managers are involved in the design, e.g. by drafting the work specifications and the construction project specifications. This approach ensures that the design solutions also are buildable. In this way, the construction manager is also given a thorough understanding of the construction project and the project materials, enabling him to manage the project with a steady hand.
